Returns
  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Return an Item

  • Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
